Pinzimini adds a comfortably upscale gastropub experience to the vivacious Gaslamp Quarter. Enjoy Pinzimini's NEW menu, rooted in So Cal cuisine with a dash of Baja flavor.


Pinzimini is built to provide service throughout the day and into the night. Breakfast offers traditional selections along with SoCal specialties such as our Avocado Toast and Huckleberry Acai Bowl. When midday comes around, our lunch menu incorporates more Baja influenced selections including IPA Rock Fish Tacos and Baja California Poutine Fries. Week day lunch specials are offered for $10 each with rotating options that include our Grilled Pinzimini Burger and Pizzas Artesanels. At dinner service, the lively ambiance of the bar extends into the dining room, but with the privacy you crave to enjoy an intimate meal. Pinzimini's signature dinner entrée is our Grilled Prime New York served with hand cut fries, spicy citrus hollandaise and upland crest -- a must have at least once while dining with us! Don't forget dessert with tempting creations including Classic Churro Bites and Tequila Bittersweet Chocolate Lava Cake.


The Bar at Pinzimini offers an extensive drink menu starting with local IPA's, Pale Ales and Lagers from around San Diego. Our wine list features the best selection of wines from Temecula, Valle de Guadalupe, Napa, Sonoma, France, Argentina, Spain, New Zealand and Germany. Our Crafted By Westin menu nods to agave based spirits, and incorporates house made syrups, purees and fresh squeeze juices in every cocktail. Shareable lounge fare selections allow you to connect at the communal tables to craft your own guac or make the perfect baguette bite with baked brie, apricot, caramelized onions, candied walnuts and grapes. The best Happy Hour in San Diego is offered at Pinzimini Monday-Friday from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, featuring food and drink specials to re-engerize your day.

Executive Chef Renatto Medranda Pinzimini, Downtown San Diego Restaurant
Peruvian raised Chef Renatto Medranda's passion for cooking began as a child by spending time in the kitchen preparing meals with his mother and watching cooking shows featuring great chefs such as Julia Child and Peru's own Chef Teresa Ocampo. At the young age of thirteen Renatto began his culinary journey working as a prep cook during summer vacations in a small beach restaurant in Lima, Peru.
